As a Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in driving our real estate sales efforts. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Generating leads and prospecting potential clients through various channels such as referrals, networking events, online platforms, and marketing campaigns.
- Conducting thorough market research to identify property trends, pricing, and competition to better serve clients.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing expert guidance throughout the sales process.
- Showcasing properties to prospective buyers, conducting property tours, and answering any inquiries to facilitate the decision-making process.
- Negotiating and closing sales contracts, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborating with other team members, such as brokers, property developers, and marketing professionals, to maximize sales opportunities and create effective marketing strategies.
- Staying up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and legal requirements to provide clients with accurate and relevant information.
- Team player with goals to ultimately contribute to the overall success of the team and the company.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Sales Executive/OIEC or relevant sales role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, including property types, pricing, and current trends.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Valid real estate license.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
